Wear-resistant chromium carbide plates
Steel with a chromium carbide content above 50%. Its impact and abrasion resistance has made it widely used in mining, mineral processing and metallurgy.
CGM
Ceramic grinding media
Balls and cylinders made of high-alumina ceramics. Balls stabilised with zirconium and yttrium oxides can also be produced.
MCP
Metal-ceramic pipelines
High-alumina ceramic inside the pipeline: pumping of highly abrasive slurries and chemical solutions without wear or corrosion.
RCL
Rubber-ceramic lining
Protection of surfaces against wear. The rubber cushioning backing reduces noise, low water absorption prevents build-up.
SSiC / SiSiC
Silicon carbide
Properties close to diamond: the lightest and hardest ceramic material, high thermal conductivity and resistance to acids and alkalis.
ICC
Wear-resistant ceramic cylinders
Lining for steel pipes, bends and tees. Compared with alumina ceramic tiles, installation is cheaper and service life is longer thanks to fewer joints.
RCP
Rubber-ceramic pipelines
Replacement of rubber-reinforced pipelines for highly abrasive slurries. Connection of mobile equipment, damping of mechanical vibration.
