Wear-resistant chromium carbide plates
Made of steel with a chromium carbide (Cr7C3) content above 50%. The material's excellent impact and abrasion resistance has made it widely used in mining, mineral processing and metallurgy.
High-alumina ceramics, chromium carbide and silicon carbide for abrasive slurries, cement, coal and ore.

Balls and cylinders made of high-alumina ceramics with high abrasion resistance. Balls stabilised with zirconium and yttrium oxides can also be produced.

Excellent wear resistance. High-alumina ceramics fitted inside the pipelines allow them to carry highly abrasive slurries and chemical solutions while preventing wear and corrosion.

Designed to protect surfaces against wear. The rubber cushioning backing keeps noise to a minimum, and low water absorption stops material sticking to the surface.

Its properties are close to those of diamond. It is not only the lightest but also the hardest ceramic material, and it offers excellent thermal conductivity, a low coefficient of thermal expansion and extremely high resistance to acids and alkalis.

Ideal for lining steel pipes, bends and tees used to transport highly abrasive slurries, cement, coal and other solid materials. Compared with alumina ceramic tiles, installation costs significantly less and service life is longer because there are fewer joints.

Ideal as a replacement for rubber-reinforced pipelines when pumping highly abrasive slurries. This type of pipeline can also be used to connect mobile equipment and to prevent the transmission of mechanical vibration.
